Senior1Care announces the upcoming retirement of Susan Bossung, Director of Client Services and Business Development, effective January 1, 2025. Susan has been an important member of the Senior1Care team since 2009, contributing to the company’s growth and helping seniors and families navigate care challenges.
With years of experience in the medical field and a deep understanding of the geriatric population, Susan brought compassion and dedication to her work. Her personal experience as a family caregiver for her mother, who faced Alzheimer’s for over 20 years, shaped her empathetic approach and her commitment to supporting others.

Throughout her 16 years with Senior1Care, Susan has been involved in conducting new client consultations, managing cases, and assisting with business development. Her work has supported Senior1Care’s mission of providing compassionate and reliable care.
Susan reflects, “Being part of Senior1Care and serving seniors and their families has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. Watching Senior1Care grow and knowing I’ve played a role in making a difference in people’s lives is something I will always treasure.”
